• All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or may be fixed as per order.

• Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown before payment.

⏱️ Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days (depending on location).

• Remote areas may take longer.

📍 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.

⚠️ Delays

• Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• VPLSP is not responsible for such delays.

📦 Damaged / Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Unboxing video proof is mandatory for any claim.

❌ Failed Delivery

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

🚫 COD Orders

• We currently do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Only prepaid orders are accepted.
